Weekly Lessons…

 

Reading: Students will identify/blend multi-syllabic words from text. Students will also

                review “Questioning Scaffold.” This will involve questioning before, during, and

                after reading.

 

Language Arts: This week students will be working with “Action Verbs.” Students will

                            identify and properly use action verbs in their writing and speech.

 

Math: This week students will be using calendars and clocks to find “Elapsed Time.”

 

 

Alabama History: History and Science rotate on a weekly basis. This week students

                                will be working in science.

 

Science: This week students will be identifying “Animal Adaptations, Species Threats to

                Survival, and Fossils.”
